Miraculous Moringa
Moringa, also known as “miracle tree” or “tree of life”, is the only supplement I have found in 10 years of researching and trying out MANY supplements, that helps me greatly with energy, reducing inflammation, detox without it being “too much”, and provides an overall calming effect for me.
I feel like moringa “woke up” my brain.
What are some KNOWN BENEFITS?
Moringa has effectively cured various diseases such as neuropathic pain, cancer, hypertension, diabetes, obesity
Has a role in treating paralysis
Traditionally, the plant is used to cure wounds, pain, ulcers, liver disease, heart disease, and inflammation
Treats malnutrition
These benefits and more found in this 2023 article (I’ve included exerpts at the end as well), Moringa oleifera: An Updated Comprehensive Review of Its Pharmacological Activities, Ethnomedicinal, Phytopharmaceutical Formulation, Clinical, Phytochemical, and Toxicological Aspects.
Plus, an increase in stem cell regeneration, specifically Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). Probing Regenerative Potential of Moringa oleifera Aqueous Extracts Using In vitro Cellular Assays
MSCs are, according to the NIH, “used as a tool to treat degenerative changes in joints and to reconstruct bones and cartilage, and are used in plastic surgeries, aesthetic medicine, cardiovascular diseases, endocrine and nervous system diseases, cell transplantation, and in the repair of damaged musculoskeletal tissues.”
MSCs are “able to differentiate into mesenchymal derived tissues including bone, cartilage, fat, tendon, muscle, and neuronal tissues.” Moringin Induces Neural Differentiation in the Stem Cell of the Human Periodontal Ligament
Also Moringa is used to treat neurological disorders; Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, epilepsy, and neurotoxicity. An update on the emerging neuroprotective potential of Moringa oleifera and its prospects in complimentary neurotherapy
MY BENEFITS
Moringa does not make me feel bad while most supplements do. I did try Iron, B-vitamins, vitamin C, amino acids, and melatonin in other forms but I did not feel well. For some reason, this is the only supplement that works well for me.
The bottle says to take twice a day, but that is too much detoxing for me; so once a day in the morning is what I take that helps me.
The detox supplements I have taken and still take when needed, like C60, detoxed extremely well and was needed for me - and did great things for me - but I felt terrible taking them. 14 of the Best and Safest Ways to Detox Heavy Metals, Poisons, Toxins, Medications, Vaccine toxins, Mold/Fungus, and Chemicals
I do get energy from this supplement but not sure if it’s the B-vitamins, iron, or just overall nutrients and amino acids, which I go into later in this article.
My brain definitely feels more alive - if anyone can understand that! The disaster left after a chemical poisoning for the brain is hard to explain.
I also feel more calm and relaxed.
For me, one of the best benefits is reduced inflammation.
BENEFITS in General and WHERE TO BUY
Moringa is packed with nutrients and is the most nutrient dense herb known on the planet. From globalhealing.com (where I buy my Moringa - brand matters because of quality, purity, and extraction process):
“Nutrient Powerhouse: Moringa, known as the 'Miracle Tree' {or tree of life}, is highly regarded for its abundant nutrients that enhance overall wellness. Its small, round leaves are naturally rich in over 90 different plant-based vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and amino acids. In fact, moringa is one of the most nutrient-dense plants in the world. With its unique nutritional profile, our moringa supplement is a superfood for supporting your overall health and well-being.”
Some of those nutrients include Iron, B-vitamins, vitamin C, all 9 essential amino acids, luetin (eye health), and many more.
The 'essential' amino acids are “critically important to life and health, for out of them the body makes the other amino acids, as well as many of the vital compounds which keep the body working, such as the enzymes, neurotransmitters, mucopolysaccharides etc., not to mention blood, muscles, organs and bones from which we are constructed,” according to aminoacidsguide.com
ROLE of Amino Acids in Brain Health therefore Mental Health
Neurotransmitters include norepinephrine, GABA, dopamine, serotonin, etc. We need amino acids to make neurotransmitters. The whole basis of the pharmacological interventions in the mental health field is correcting neurotransmitter dysfunction.
Which is nonsense only because they do not ask, “What caused the dysfunction?” The answer is never lack of Prozac (Depression) or Ritalin (ADHD) or anti psychotics or Xanax (Anxiety) or any pharmaceutical drugs.
Toxins of all kinds can cause dysfunction; vaccines, fluoride, pesticides, parasites, mold, EMFs, etc.
Nutrient or amino acid deficiencies can cause neurotransmitter dysfunction.
Some people may need more help than others in getting their amino acid needs met because of genetic or environmental problems or toxicity.
An AI google response reveals:
Amino acids are essential building blocks of proteins and play a crucial role in mental health
Neurotransmitter Production: Amino acids serve as precursors for neurotransmitters, which are chemical messengers in the brain that regulate mood, emotions, and cognitive function.
Brain Function and Structure: “Amino acids contribute to the structural integrity and function of the brain. They are involved in maintaining the blood-brain barrier, which protects the brain from harmful substances.”
Metabolic Regulation: Amino acids influence brain metabolism by providing energy and supporting the production of other essential nutrients.
Depression: Studies have shown that low levels of tryptophan, tyrosine, and glycine may be associated with depression.
Anxiety: Deficiencies in GABA and tryptophan have been linked to anxiety disorders.
Schizophrenia: Alterations in the metabolism of glutamate and glycine have been implicated in schizophrenia.
Some people have reported great results in improving their mental health problems just by taking a supplement with additional amino acids and nutrients.

“Traditionally, the plant is used to cure wounds, pain, ulcers, liver disease, heart disease, cancer, and inflammation,” Moringa oleifera: An Updated Comprehensive Review of Its Pharmacological Activities, Ethnomedicinal, Phytopharmaceutical Formulation, Clinical, Phytochemical, and Toxicological Aspects.
“The pharmacological studies confirm the hepatoprotective, cardioprotective, and anti-inflammatory potential of the extracts from the various plant parts. It was found that bioactive constituents are present in every part of the plant. So far, more than one hundred compounds from different parts of Moringa oleifera have been characterized, including alkaloids, flavonoids, anthraquinones, vitamins, glycosides, and terpenes. In addition, novel isolates such as muramoside A&B and niazimin A&B have been identified in the plant and have potent antioxidant, anticancer, antihypertensive, hepatoprotective, and nutritional effects.”
“M. oleifera leaves have a high content of beta-carotene, minerals, calcium, and potassium [5]. Dried leaves have an oleic acid content of about 70%, which makes them suitable for making moisturizers [6]. The powdered leaves are used to make many beverages, of which “Zija” is the most popular in India [7]. The bark of the tree is considered very useful in the treatment of different disorders such as ulcers [8], toothache [9], and hypertension [10]. Roots, however, are found to have a role in the treatment of toothache [9], helminthiasis [11], and paralysis [12]. The flowers are used to treat ulcers, enlarged spleen, and to produce aphrodisiac substances [2]. The tree is believed to have incredible properties in treating malnutrition in infants and lactating mothers [3]. Moringa is epic and amazing and will definitely give you more energy, I can attest!
That said, if you have oxalate problems, it is important to know that it is very high oxalate.
Why not use the precautionary principle and state medications that it is known to interact antagonistically with?
And how to do a compatibility check?
What about if someone is taking other supplements also?
